Asana Practice: Vata Balancing Class with Andrea

This class is suited for people who might need a more restorative and regenerative practice.

It keeps the mind calm and helps to reduce the fluctuations of the mind by offering a consistent pace.

The breathing technique will help to calm the mind while extending the length of the breath during the asanas such as padastasana, janusirshasana and pashimottanasana will help to ground.

This practice integrates warrior one and two together with pavana muktasana and marjariasana. We bring in the fire element to help support the gentle and calming pace.
